WHO WE ARE

Stampede Lacrosse is a nonprofit leadership development organization built to strengthen access, continuity, and representation in lacrosse. We use the sport as a vehicle to develop disciplined leaders and expand long term opportunity for student athletes and youth from underrepresented communities.

Equity and Representation:

Leadership and opportunity should not be limited by background, and representation matters at every level.

Leadership Through Growth and Service:

We cultivate disciplined leaders who learn from adversity, serve their communities, and pursue excellence across athletics, academics, and personal development.

Collaboration and Integrity:

Sustainable impact is built on trust, accountability, and shared responsibility.

Holistic Growth:

Athletics should support academic, personal, and professional development.

LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Stampede believes leadership is learned through what you do every day, not what you are called.

Responsibility:

Student-athletes are given real work; planning, organizing, supporting teammates and are expected to follow through

Service:

They lead by mentoring youth and contributing to partner programs, learning that leadership is about what you give, not what you get.

Consistency:

Growth is measured over time; how they show up at practice, in the classroom, and in the community, week after week.

Our aim is to develop leaders who can be trusted

Describe the service and how customers or clients can benefit from it.
